We're a small, dedicated team who saw a gap in the vacation rental world: too many guests treated like bookings, not people.
So we created a company where every stay feels personal, thoughtful, and stress-free.
We may not be locals by birth but we’ve fallen in love with Playas del Coco and its where we live now. We take pride in welcoming others to experience it the right way:

Michele & Wes
Wes had dreamed of Costa Rica since his 20’s. In 2019, we finally visited Playas del Coco and knew almost instantly, that this place was something special.
After our second trip, we bought a home here, imagining it as a peaceful retreat for our retirement years. Except each time we left the pull to return grew stronger.
Then in 2022, a simple line from a movie stayed with us:
“Why wait for the good stuff?” That was our sign.
By early 2023, we sold everything and made the move. Beach Breeze Properties CR was born inspired by our love for this vibrant coastal community and our passion for thoughtful,
high-quality hospitality
Today, we welcome guests from around the world to experience the Costa Rica we fell in love with. We offer homeowners peace of mind knowing their property is cared for with the same attention and heart as our own.
